Foreman - Construction

Seeking a sitework foreman with experience in pipe, trenching, earthwork; some concrete. Most jobsite ares in Delco, Chestco & Montco. Looking to hire asap. Year round work

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-years' experience running civil construction jobs

Experienced in grading, drainage and layouts in a Heavy Highway environment

Capable of logistics in record keeping, scheduling and quality control.

Willingness to work additional hours, if necessary, to complete projects on-time and on-budget

Ability to professionally represent the company in all endeavors

Ability to train and mentor others to perform at acceptable levels

Strong independent problem solving skills

Desire and ability to learn new technical skills and develop as managers

Good oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with computers.

Preferred:

HCSS software experience

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervision of on-site crew in the day to day execution of the work in accordance with the contract drawing and agreements or purchase order and project goals and schedules.

Provision of daily progress reports and payroll time cards in accordance with the requirements.

Ensuring that the work is performed in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Conducting weekly tool box talks, project & equipment inspections in accordance with the company's safety policy.

Maintaining a positive relationship with the client at all times.

Submit load counts and quantities
