As a Dishwasher you will report directly to the GM, Asst GM, and Shift Managers. Your main role is to take care of all the dirty dishes and to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Roles & Responsibilities:Includes but not limited to the following:Clean all the dishes in the restaurant.Clean all the pots and pans in the morning.Keep the line stocked with bowls, utensils, cleaning buckets, etc.Take all the trash out of the restaurant.Maintain proper sanitation.Keep dish area and dish machine clean.Do any special cleaning projects that the managers may require.To perform these duties well the Dishwasher must be able to prioritize his/her duties to ensure the kitchen and servers never run out of anything. The Dishwasher should be thorough in the cleaning of all things to maintain Z'Mariks commitment to cleanliness.
