Our Exciting Work Environment

There's so much to explore and discover at Niagara Falls State Park, from the historical and geological, to the wonders of nature. Enjoy a scenic walk along the Niagara River Gorge, visit the Cave of the Winds, dine at the Top of the Falls Restaurant, or bring the kids to our Discovery Center featuring lots of activities to make education fun and fascinating.  Visit 

The Opportunity

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

·       Wear provided uniform (including a name tag and shirt) in neat and clean condition at all times, with black or navy dress pants and safe footwear (no open toe shoes, heels, clogs, or sandals).

·       Clean assigned bathroom(s) thoroughly, filling out checklists accordingly.

·       Fill toilet paper, liquid soap, and other supplies, as needed.

·       Empty trash cans throughout the park.

·       Notify managers about any maintenance needs throughout the park.

·       Transport coworkers safely and efficiently in small vehicles, while observing all directives from Niagara Falls State Park and Delaware North management.

·       Adhere to Guest Path Service Standards.

·       Other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·       Must be friendly, attentive, and proactive when interacting with all guests and coworkers.

·       Must perform all duties accurately, consistently, efficiently, and courteously.

·       Must be able to operate small vehicles.

·       Able to stand for long hours, with bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.

·       Able to lift 25 to 50lbs.

·       Must have reliable transportation to Niagara Falls State Park.

 

Availability:

·       Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as directed.
