Accounting and tax firm needs a combination receptionist/administrative assistant at their corporate headquarters in Manassas, VA. Our firm provides many services to small and mid-sized companies, but our main services are taxes, accounting and business payroll.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is articulate and pleasant
  • Can effectively multi-task
  • Has familiarity with all the standard programs of Microsoft Office
  • Is a quick study in terms of other software programs
  • Can deal with sometimes-ambiguous situations
  • Will pitch in as needed
  • Is experienced in providing good levels of customer service
  • Is punctual and dependable
  • Works well with others - peers and managers
