This position is an Assistant to the Kitchen Manager.
* Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the food operation within their Fastrac store.
* This also includes the other fresh foods.

Must be a proven leader.
* Must be able to perform all duties required to operate the food operation to Fastrac's standards.
* Good with people.
* High School Graduate or equivalent.
Being as Fastrac is open 24/7/365, therfore depending on Assistant Manager's position, evenings weekends may be part of your schedule.
Additional Information
The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall opertion and profitability of their food operation.
* Assistant Kitchen Manager reports directly to the Kitchen Manager that their operations is located within.
* The Assistant Kitchen Manager also reports to the Manager in charge of the shift they are working.
* The Assistant KitchenManager is also responsible to the other departments within the Fastrac organization.
