The General Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for:

• Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
• Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
• Other duties as required or assigned

Idora, Inc., the franchisee for the POPEYES restaurants in Lake Charles, La. and the surrounding communities, is seeking qualified management candidates. Our Managers possess the skills necessary to schedule, order, interview, and hire. They are Serve Safe Certified. They possess the knowledge and skills necessary to pass health department assessments, safety inspections, follow a planned growth path for their team and when necessary perform coaching and counseling sessions in accordance with state and federal law. They are willing to work a minimum of 45 hours a week and be available any of the seven days in the week between the hours of 6 am and 1 am (subject to change).
