Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® Albertville, MN is seeking SUMMER 1st and 3rd shift Production Workers who are willing to work hard and be rewarded. STARTING WAGE $14.00/HOUR

Additional $3.00/hour shift differential for 3rd shift

Summary

This position requires that material including glass and metal be moved from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the product throughout the plant. It is imperative that candidates act in a manner to sustain our safe working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work a flexible starting/ending schedule and/or overtime
• Understand units of measurement and be able to perform general mathematical equations
• Work in other departments as required
• Regular and predictable attendance, safely performing tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules, are essential functions of this job

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work overtime with flexible starting times in some departments
• Comparable experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift,  bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floor for eight hours or more
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Ability to wear company-issued safety shirt, hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses and hearing protection
• Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
