As a Crew Member, you will work the Kitchen, Drive-thru and Front Counter interacting with customers in a genuinely friendly manner. This position also requires delivering fast, and accurate service while adhering to critical standards and procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, neat and well-stocked area to deliver superior service. This position requires good communication skills including positive body language, sincere smile and eye contact. Crew Members must be able to multitask, stand on your feet up to 8 hours during a shift and lift boxes or bags of 20 to 50 pounds.
