About this job

Initiate, lead, and collaborate on focused programs and field work to grow torque sales, principally through Internal Divisions.

The position will be evaluated on sales growth in those channels.

Become highly knowledgeable about torque products, end-user applications in key and critical industries, competitive products, and international markets through research, market data, and field study.

In line with "Solutioneer" approach, identify attractive torque product solutions and develop product specifications and targets supported by research and a strong business case.

Actively contribute to the product development and innovation process through field research and Voice-Of-the-Customer activities.

Ensure effective development, coordination and support of new product launch planning, materials, communication, and other activities needed for successful product introductions.

Represent the torque line at trade shows, sales conferences, customer presentations, etc.

Other business development, product management, and marketing activities as needed

Candidate must have experience in sales, Bachelor Degree and it is strongly preferred to come from mechanical or electrical industry!
