Manager Haagen Dazs Ice Cream Shoppe (Miami)
We are currently looking for a highly-motivated manager that is a great leader and shares our mission and passion for Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream. Our mission is to serve the best ice cream and create the best experience for our customer.
Our ideal candidate should have experience leading a team in a high-volume restaurant or quick serve food business and must be professional, energetic, a team-player, positive, hard-working and a leader. A college degree is preferred. We are looking for strong organizational, administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal communications skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading and motivating a team to reach certain goals, maintaining an impeccably organized/ clean shop, and managing team member performance with clear feedback, recognition, reviews, coaching/ teaching and discipline.
