SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the daily operations including the selection, development and performance of employees.
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
Communicate clearly and positively with coworkers and management.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
5+ years experience in the restaurant field required.
