Customer Service Representative

One of the most prominent financial institutions in the country is looking for multiple customer service representatives to join their team May 8th and May 15th!

SHIFT IS 9:30AM-6:00PM with overtime available

Job Description

-Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner

-Performs operational tasks including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions

-Responds to customer inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements

-Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries

-Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution

Qualifications

-Desire to be in the Customer Service field (this is a career not just a job)

-College degree preferred, HS diploma required

-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

-Customer Service Experience

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office
