Aerotek's client company located in Chantilly, VA is seeking to hire a Call Center Specialist to join their growing team. Aerotek's client specializes as an industry leading third party contact center for various medical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare companies. Multiple departments are hiring at this time and applicants will be considered for all open roles.

Job Overview:

Research documentation in SalesForce to determine eligibility for patients inquiring about financial assistance through respective 'Patient Assistance Programs'.

Take inbound calls from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales representatives in regards to insurance coverage inquiries relative to high end pharmaceuticals.

Place accurate and timely documentation of payer, billing information and patient status within the operations systems.

Function as a liaison between providers and sales representatives to resolve any prior authorization inquiries or appeals of denials as part of a key account initiative program.

Conduct research to determine payer landscape in regards to determining coverage of benefits.

Maintain databases to reflect changes or updates to payers policies.

Assist in the preparation of/or prepared reports as requested by management.

Aid in the development of reimbursement tools, presentation materials, and program SOPs as requested by the program manager.


Work Environment:


Contact center office environment with no face-to-face patient interaction. Aerotek's client delivers multi-channel contact center solutions for healthcare manufacturers and service organizations. Founded as a drug information contact center in 1996, their services have expanded to include a wide variety of relationship management programs focused in healthcare. Their management team consists of highly experienced healthcare professionals and contact center executives with more than 100 years combined experience setting up and executing a wide variety of customer facing initiatives.

Schedule:


Eight hour shifts allocated between 7:30am and 8:30pm. Staff will be scheduled for eight hour shifts within the program hours. Please note that at times it may be necessary to work beyond the program hours to respond to emails.
Training schedule is Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:30PM for up to 3 weeks.

Location:

Chantilly, VA
Pay Grade: $16.00-$19.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Duration: 3 month contract-to-permanent
Education Requirement: High School Diploma
Screening: Drug Test & 7 year Background Check
Start Date: Rolling start date. New hires begin every Monday.
Relocation: No relocation package offered, however; candidates that are relocating are encouraged to apply.
