Job Description: Overview:
These individuals will be joining a growing trash removal and hauling company which specializes in recycling. As Customer Care Center Sales Representatives they will be responsible for taking in-bound customer calls for the 90+ locations in the US and Canada. Calls primarily revolve around customer questions, appointment requests, customer service issues and more.

Responsibilities:
⦁ Answer in-bound customer calls
⦁ Assist customers with scheduling pick-up appointments
⦁ Provide personalized product/service suggestions based on customers' needs
⦁ Answer customer questions about service options
⦁ Respond to customer service issues as needed
Work Environment: Work Environment:
⦁ Corporate office located in a business park in South San Francisco
⦁ Casual work environment, most of the team wears jeans to work
Qualifications: Qualifications:
⦁ 1+ years of prior customer service, call center or sales experience
⦁ Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
⦁ Intermediate data entry skills required

Dis-qualifiers:
⦁ Jump work history- Less than 1yr at each role is too little
Interview Process:
⦁ Prior attendance/reliability issues
Performance Expectations:
Day 1 Expectations:
⦁ 3 week training, 1 week in classroom- Business fundamentals, systems, operations
⦁ 2nd week- shadowing, taking first live calls
⦁ 3rd week up and running independently

Performance Metrics:
⦁ Use TalkDesk to track phone calls- time on phone, call time, time off the phone
⦁ 80-90 calls per day is average expectation; 120 calls per day for top performers

Best candidates would have:
⦁ Customer Service + Sales Experience
⦁ Experience up-selling products
⦁ Any candidates coming from a difficult sales environment- door-to-door, 100% commission based roles; Assumption is these individuals will have the drive/thick skin to perform well in this role
⦁ Previous top performers came from: Verizon wireless, Wells Fargo Branches
⦁ Historically candidates who are extroverts, outgoing, driven, go-getter type candidates do well in this role
