Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDExperience with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applicationsCandidates must be able to work a planned Per Diem schedule, with 1 guaranteed day; every Tuesday from 10 AM to 6 PM. However, when needed; the position calls for the availability to support various shifts and days, including weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Customer Service experience in a medical settingInsurance knowledgeBilingual fluency in English and SpanishSoft Skills:Comfortable performing job duties in multiple areas of the buildingProficient keyboarding skillsCareers with OptumInsight.
