Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

An ethanol production facility has immediate openings for maintenance technicians.

These technicians will be responsible for the hydraulic/pneumatic machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and preventative maintenance within the plant. Any plant issues could include: augers, gears, gear boxes, pumps, grain bins, holding tanks, motors, etc. Night shift duties will also include greasing, lubing machines, checking belts, and water pressures.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years experience
• Experience troubleshooting electrical issues on 480 volts
• Experience with fabrication such as welding, cutting, and repair on pumps, gearboxes, airlocks, and fans/blowers
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic machinery
• Ability to read schematics
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting
• Experience with 480 volts
• Boiler/Centrifuge experience

Shifts:

• Candidates must be flexible with shifts, as the team will change from day to night shift every 8 weeks.
• This is 2-3-2 shift consisting of 12 hour shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
