About this job

The Manager, Quality Incentive Program develops strategies to maximize the return from public incentive programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. Identifies program reporting metrics to implement enhancements resulting in increased quality of care performance and programs. Builds key internal relationships to drive initiatives impacting cross functional departments for collaboration of improvement opportunities. Directs team in daily operations responsible for delivering on various public incentive programs and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Four or more (4+) years of reimbursement experience in a healthcare setting. Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement principles relating to Home Office, Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Home Health agencies preferred, Experience in supervising, guiding and instructing fellow staff and others preferred, Experience and analytical skills related to case mix/reimbursement systems preferred.

- Active CA RN Licensure and BA in Business Administration or Accounting.

- PC skills (Excel, Access Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with EDP and microcomputer systems.
