-Our Service Coordinator communicates with our CAREGivers on an ongoing basis.  The Service Coordinator needs to champion our CAREGivers, while providing them opportunities to work, and to offer support.

JOB OBJECTIVES:
-Focus on customer service and ensure quality interactions with both external and internal audiences.
-Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in our computer system.
-Answer phones courteously and professionally.  Help callers directly if possible, or direct calls appropriately.
-Use available CAREGiver capacity efficiently to maximize service hours while limiting instances of CAREGiver overtime.
-Maintain communication with clients about their schedules and CAREGivers assigned to them. 
-Monitor CAREGiver availability and report daily to team.
 
SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION, AND BENEFITS:
-This position will be a 40 hour per week opportunity (8am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunch).
-$13.50 per hour, Flexible, depending on experience.
-$2,000 available per year in performance bonuses
-90-day training period.
