The Recruiting Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the recruiting functions within the Human Resources Department. Main responsibilities include: administering onboarding; generating temporary staffing reports for invoicing and utilization costs; reviewing background check screenings for all positions; and other duties.

The Recruiting Administrative Assistant provides support to the recruiting functions within the Human Resources Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Expeditiously administers the onboarding processes for all jobs, ensuring related employment paperwork is received, drug and background checks are conducted, information is input into our systems and reports are created as applicable.
* Generate temporary staffing reports for invoicing and utilization costs.
* Review background check screenings for all positions.
* Inform the Recruiter on any discrepancies.
* Finalize all requisition files and close once all data is received.
* Route job requisitions to managers for approval.
*Post requisitions to career sites once approved.
* Supports onboarding of new employees, including coordination of services with IT, facilities, and other support services.
* Responsible for issuing employee identification and security badges, and assigning access rights as pre-defined. Manages employment-related documentation required for newly-hired and exiting employees.
* Generate recruiting activity and other reporting.
* Scheduling interviews and arranging travel for candidates.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent (HSED), AA degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2+years in a human resources administrative support capacity working with sensitive and highly confidential materials, managing large volumes of electronic and paper files and documents.



Key Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products at the following levels: Word, Outlook: Intermediate level of skill; Excel: Intermediate level of ski
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly accurate alpha-filing and office organization skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of tact and discretion.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with attention to detail and follow through.
Excellent organization skills and ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with poise and professionalism.
