Mechanical Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Assemblers with the company should be flexible in which division they will be working in. All of the assembly roles are very close in level of skill required along with challenge of work. They will work on a team in deciding what jobs they will perform in that department, they will interpret the engineering drawings (blueprints), they will then put parts into place and utilize hand and power tools to ensure that everything meets appropriate specifications.

Essential Functions (for ALL assembly type skill sets - specific Divisions listed below in Additional Information):
Performs a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations of units having variable shapes and sizes.

Follow specified/established methods and procedures required to
make designated assemblies involving the use of hand and power tools and
test equipment.

Conduct, analyze and record test results.

Ensure job meets all requirements before leaving work center.

Meet or exceed established production levels. Participate in supplier development

Job Requirements:
+1 year of experience with hand and power tools
**Candidates should have specific experience with wrenches, sockets, air socket guns, drills, hammers, screwdrivers

+1 year of experience in working in a mechanical assembly position
**This position could be side jobs but they need to be able to think with a mechanical aptitude

+Blueprint reading experience is a plus

+Ability to lift 75 pounds
**This could be a physical job so candidates need to be fit but will be given assistance to work safely
