A large financial company is hiring Fraud Detection Representatives
Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound calls to members who have fraudulent activity
- Review electronic cases
- Analyze transaction patterns and respond quickly to high-risk situations
- Process Lost/Stolen account calls
- Verify account activity and take appropriate action to minimize potential fraud loss and customer inconvenience as well as controlling and managing calls
- 100-110 calls per day and measured on 15 cases worked an hour
Qualified candidates:
- Minimum 6 months call center RECENT experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills are required
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- General understanding of the credit/debit card industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent with focus on college-level business classes required
Hours of Operation:7am-9pm Sun-Sat
Schedule: Must be available to work one weekend day.
