As a Business Analyst working on Medicare Part D, you'll have the opportunity to provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives. This is a position that affords you the ability to drive processes and improvement initiatives. By gathering and documenting business requirements and utilizing your sharp analytical skills to fulfill the needs of the business and/or clients, you will have an impact on healing the health care system. Gather and document business requirements
Analyze and interpret formulary data
Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports
Create and update templates, and build automation tools to enhance accuracy and automation of tasks
Prepare monthly and annual formulary submission files for multiple formularies
Zynchros entries and publishing
Prepare tickets for BOM coding
File management, formatting and analyses are required in preparation of formulary files and formulary updates
Manage inquiries
Ad hoc analyses
Gather and document business requirements

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
Advanced technical proficiency to build templates, tools, automation / validation processes and to do extensive Excel data / file manipulation
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management skills
Experience working with large datasets and the ability to identify process logic with numerous exceptions
Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely important to ensure CMS compliance
1+ years of experience in business / finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and / or process improvement recommendations
Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and multiple tasks

RxCLAIM experience
Access, SQL and other data management application experience
Medicare Part D, healthcare industry, or pharmacy technician experience
