-Know the menu and daily food specials-be able to assist guest in making choices in an informative and helpful fashion. Suggest additional menu items to increase sales
-Actively participate in ongoing customer service programs to build sales and rapport in the community.
-Ensure supplies are stocked, stored, and rotated properly
-Abide by all safety regulations and maintain supplies
-Ensure accuracy in orders, offer appetizers, specials, deserts-prepare nonalcoholic beverages
-Maintain positive rapport with all team members and consistently communicate effectively
-Ensuring a superior experience beyond our guests’ expectations
-Greet all guest and team members with a smile
-Create a pleasant dining experience-Consistently scan the restaurant-all sections and recognize any potential customer concerns and work closely with restaurant management to immediately address them
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
-Perform any and all duties throughout the restaurant as requested, this includes cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, scrubbing floors, dishwashing, bussing tables, stock, and any other miscellaneous duties as needed
-Must be at least 19 years of age
-1-3yrs experience in a high volume full service restaurant
-Knowledge of specialty/craft cocktails, spirits and bottle wine service
-Polished and professional style with a passion for service and hospitality
-Dive to succeed and desire to see each and every one of your team members succeed-assist anytime possible.
-Ability to SMILE continuously and display a positive and professional demeanor in all situations
-Able to use touch-sensitive POS System
-Able to lift minimum of 25lbs
-Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time 6 hours+
-Must be able to willingly take direction, guidance, and positive criticism from any and/or all other team members and guest
-Able to effectively work in a fast paced, team oriented environment at lightning speed
-Dedicated to an all-hands-on-deck service environment
-Flexible schedule, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
-Must have reliable transportation
