If this sounds like you, our Central New Jersey HVAC company is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer. The ideal Lead HVAC Installer will be a proactive, energetic, and organized professional. Customer satisfaction is key to the continued growth of this company, and the Lead HVAC Installer will be accountable for maintaining customer satisfaction in the company.
Skill Set:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to follow precise directions while being able to troubleshoot on-site
- Must have knowledge of HVAC equipment from multiple manufacturers
- Have own hand tools specific to the trade
- EPA Certified
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Clean MVR, and must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check?
- Must be comfortable with computer software
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds as needed on the job
