Mortgage Loan Processor

Seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor with residential mortgage processing experience. This is a direct-placement opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• 60% of the loans that you will be working on will be 1st loans "purchase" and 40% will be refinance
• Condition your own loans before they go to the underwriter
• Employee verification and calculating of incomes
• Preparation and organization of loan files
• Handle a pipeline of 10-20 loans at any given time
• Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete accurate verified and complies with company policy

Must Have:

• 1.5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Calyx Point OR Encompass or another automated LP/DU software experience
• Experience conditioning your own loan before it goes to an underwriter
