Server Assistant

Our ideal server assistants are detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding hospitality for each and every guest. As a server assistant, your general responsibilities include but are not limited to running food to tables, bussing tables, preparing our signature tableside guacamole, and providing any assistance needed for a quality dining experience. You must posses not only the ability but also the desire to deliver exceptional hospitality. You are also responsible for handling all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures.

Requirements
Must be hospitality focused and solution oriented
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize duties
Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Ability to properly lift 25 lbs
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
Possess organizational and time management skills
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills
