Due to recent growth, RepuCare is looking for smart, agile individuals like you to help us expand the healthcare industry.We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to assist with the management and execution of the strategic sourcing program within RepuCare for different source categories to include, but not limited to Healthcare, Vendor Compliance, contracts, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and vendor prospect analysis.Here you will find critical thinkers who have the freedom to make an impact. Responsibilities
- Actively engage in candidate identification and due diligence utilizing sourcing approach, services, and technologies.
- Establishes and maintains vendor relationships to ensure key partnerships for future growth.
- Actively engage in candidate identification and due diligence utilizing sourcing approach, services, and technologies.
- Provides direct communication and support to vendors daily.
- Works closely with Recruiters to monitor schedules and timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Collaborates to identify sourcing strategy, supplier spend and sourcing categorization.
- Manages Supplier/Vendor information
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and vendor events as needed
- Keep abreast of market conditions and changes
Education/Experience:
BS/BA Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in HealthCare environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Projects, Google Docs and Outlook.
- Full understanding of sourcing procedures.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead, drive, and adapt to change
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks
- Manages competing demands
