IMMEDIATE FULL TIME POSITION
We are seeking an organized, bright, efficient, and compassionate individual with care coordination, scheduling, administrative, and caregiving experience. This is a full time position and there will be times this role fills in as a caregiver in emergency situations . Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls with clients, caregivers, candidates and vendors
Schedule caregivers with clients matching availability with other key information
Assist in coordination of care for client services rotating on call responsibilities
Supervisory responsibilities with caregivers, handling feedback and conflict resolution
Report changes in client condition to agency employees involved in client's care
Perform initial and ongoing in-home evaluation and supervision of services
Participate in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency's services
Assist with recruiting caregivers
Day to day office upkeep
Assist with administrative and clerical responsibilities
Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal hygiene, including shower, tub or bed baths, oral care, hair and skin care
Assist clients in the use of toilet facilities and incontinence
Assist clients in and out of bed
Assist clients with transferring, walking, including the use of gait belts, walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable
Assist clients with medications reminders
Escorting to and from meals and assist with feeding, as needed
Minimum Requirements for a Scheduler/Caregiver
High School Diploma
Prior scheduling experience, a plus
Proven leadership or supervisory experience, another plus Strong organizational skills
Ability to influence others
Lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally)
Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Office Suite
Demonstrated verbal and written communications
Ability to work outside regular work hours
One year care experience
Proof of state issued driver's license and valid auto insurance
Clear national background checkPass drug screen
