Customer Service Associate

We are currently looking for Candidates in the combination role of Customer Service, Sales and Retail to start Immediately in the St Louis area!

We are a locally owned marketing firm. We work with home entertainment and electronic merchandise from several Fortune 100 companies! We have more work than we can currently handle and are looking to fill 8 positions ASAP.

Job Duties of the Customer Service Associate:

• Answer questions from the public inside of a retail location
• Present products and services to the consumer 
• Ensure the consumer is making an educated decision on their purchase
• Become a product expert
• Follow brand guidelines of both the brand and retail location
• Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
