Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

The Manager is responsible for the restaurant operations during a shift.  The manager works to ensure that during a shift all activities are consistent with and supportive of all Flippers Pizzeria’s core beliefs, policies and procedures.  The manager works with the General Manager to ensure all team members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Good verbal and written communication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with customers and co-workers; bi-lingual skills a plus.

Experience:

1. 1- 2 years in restaurant positions (preferably restaurant experience, including full service, fast food or convenience). Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
2. License and Insurance:
3. Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Accessibility:

Must have a telephone as a reliable method of communicating with all team members. Must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Maintains an open door policy.

Hours:

Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively. Full Time and Part Time Manager positions are available.
