Background& Purpose of the Job
This role is responsible forsupporting operations within the factory it includes the handling of materialsand waste in all areas of the factory and operating non-production equipmentsuch as tea cutters, fork trucks, and powered hand jacks. The role alsoincludes inventory count completion after production runs and rework processparticipation as needed. All job functions are to be performed in compliancewith the plant's Safety & Quality Assurance programs.
What You'll Need To Succeed
At least two (2) years of experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing setting
Machine Operating
Light Mechanical troubleshooting
Production problem solving
High school diploma or equivalent GED- higher degree,certifications/training a plus
Able to lift-up to 50lbs
AdditionalRequirements
Safety & QA program compliance
Strong teamwork
Accountable for high performance standards and able to give andreceive constructive feedback.
Must be a high performer and self-directed in current/previousrole
Report unsafe conditions, correct if possible
Good communication skills
Good Interpersonal skills
PhysicalRequirements:
Climbing -- Must be able safely ascend and descend all stairs andladder sets within the factory.
Lifting/Reaching -- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
