Home Care RN

The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community, is seeking a Home Care RN to assist with the oversight of various Home Care services as designated by the Home Care Manager. This position completes required duties as indicated by the State of Oregon and provides the RN Delegation as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing while conducting and documenting assessments, providing evaluations of agency client medication regimens and the provisions of medication and nursing services. This position also completes and documents supervisory visits in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules for In-Home Care Agencies and provides training and supervision of unlicensed personnel. Preferred candidate will be personable, enthusiastic, professional and must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills while maintaining strong leadership and teaching abilities. Must be currently licensed in Oregon as a Registered Nurse, have valid OR driver’s license, and be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.
