Our Client Company is seeking an experienced A/R candidate with collections experience. This is a DIRECT HIRE role for the qualified candidate who exceeds in work performance, communication, team work, the ability to work independently. Must be flexible and able to work overtime as required. Three years experience is required. Experience in ERP and IQMS preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing open customer balances within defined acceptable levels
Processing accounts receivable in an accurate and timely manner
Providing accurate and timely reporting for accounts receivable
Performing collections
Verifying and reconciling bank statements
Researching escalating and resolving issues with accounts receivable
Achieving minimal accounts receivable write-offs
Providing account reconciliation and AR analysis support
Maintaining a high level or responsiveness and professionalism
Bachelor's Degree is a plus
