I have the perfect job for you...   Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled is hiring a part-time Independent Living Specialist to work with a gentleman with cerebral palsy.  Requirements: High School Diploma (Continuing Education Preferred) Valid Drivers License Drug screening & background check is required. Own transportation (location is not on a bus route) We are looking for a reliable, dependable and caring individual for one-on-one care.   There are a couple positions open in the Buffalo area to be an Independent Living Specialist through Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled. The job would entail working with a gentleman with Cerebral Palsy that is trying to be as independent as possible in his apartment and in the community. The position is to assist him with drinks, meals, grooming, household chores, paperwork, transportation, socializing and other daily activities. Position starts at $12 / hour Must be very reliable and flexible. Open shifts include: Monday,  "Relief" Monday, Tuesday, Wed,Thursday and Friday - 10am-2p or 4p with Flexibility "The overnight hours are not a sleeping or stay at home shift.
