The primary purpose of this job is to safely and efficiently deliver and install residential and office furnishings within the
agreed upon time frame and in accordance with the lease agreement.

We offer a guaranteed 40 hour work week, profit sharing, safety bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K, personal days and up to 4 weeks vacation based on tenure.

  Job Requirements

• Our retention rate is one of the highest in the industry because we seek individuals looking for careers, not jobs. In Cincinnati OUR AVERAGE TENURE IS CLOSE TO 20YRS OF SERVICE, and we typically promote from within.

• •Operate a 26 foot box truck safely while managing your route and a helper within the local greater Cincinnati and Dayton area.
  •Be at least 21 years of age.
  •Be able to perform physical labor.
  •Accurately and safely load truck.
  •Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  •Deliver and set up furniture in a safe and thoughtful manner.
  •Pickup furniture at lease end.
  •Report all pick-up and delivery issues to dispatch and record information on paperwork.
  •Wipe down and touch-up furniture once delivered to ensure its integrity.
  •Provide world class customer service.
  •Unload, sort and scan returned furniture to download/repair.
  •Fold blankets and store equipment and supplies in an effort to keep the truck organized.
  •Perform checklist of truck to ensure all equipment and supplies are available.
  •Support and help inside warehouse as needed.
  •Must have local state driver's license and safe driving record
  •NO CDL REQUIRED.

NOTE: The salary range for this position is based on experience.
