Requirements
The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a positive customer service experience by ensuring quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained to provide good customer service. Managers will be required to work on their feet and be extremely hands-on assisting in serving customers.
Managers will also make sure high quality food is served, and resolving any food quality issues along with customer complaints. So what does it take to be a successful Pattys & Buns Supervisor?
We are looking for:
- Energy and stamina - Smiling, enthusiastic, service minded Crew Members
- Caring about your teammates - Employees who want to be part of a team environment
- Flexibility - Full-time OR part-time availability, must be able to work various different shifts (night and weekends included)
- Ability to work at a fast pace – Our kitchens have a lot going on and there is lots of on-the-line communication and job rotation. So unless you are able to multi task, this job isn’t for everybody
- Prior restaurant experience as a Crew Member is a plus
