Assistant General Manager - Full-time

The Spokane Area Noodle Express restaurants are growing.  We are looking for Assistant General Managers to join our team. 

Position Overview:

• To maintain a high level of excellence in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency in support of reaching the restaurants goals. 
• To aid the General Manager in the compliance of set restaurant standards, policies and procedures.
• In partnership with the General Manager, create and maintain an environment that encourages the development and growth of all other team members.
• To ensure that individual departmental tasks are completed and produce expected results.
• Accountable for assigned accounting and administrative duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 2 years kitchen experience with food prep and cooking
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate comfortably with various levels including management, team members, customers and vendors
• Demonstrate the ability to lead positively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, reach and frequently lift to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work a variety of scheduled hours, based on the needs of the restaurant (i.e. days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.)
• Current certification for ServeSafe Manager Food Handling Training, ServeSafe Alcohol training or equivalent, and basic First Aid and CPR
