A sucessful Creative Director will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four year college or univeristy; 15+ years experience at an advertising agency or client-side creative group, directing a broad range of work from Print to Digital to Broadcast; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven leadership of a 10+ person creative team, driving innovation and brand differentiation while meeting budget and deadline expectations. Experience in the pay television industry a plus.
  • Extraordinary conceptual skills. A positive, inspirational leadership style that brings teams and departments together. An energetic, flexible and approachable work-style.
  • Hands-on experience strategically developing creative solutions and campaigns across TV, print, digital, radio, out of home, retail, tradeshows/events, corporate identity and more.
  • Expert knowledge of creative processes and all digital creative software tools. Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision and strategy.
  • The ability to foster a strong agency culture with your colleagues, creating an environment of respect and trust.

The 110 Creative Agency is a full-service internal advertising agency housed entirely within DISH Network. Our mission is to deliver high-impact creative that’s grounded in business knowledge, design expertise and our passion for the brand.

 

We are looking for highly strategic, extremely motivated and exceptionally creative people to join our team. Poised for growth and success in an ever-changing landscape of technology and content, we are seeking individuals who are committed to being champions of the DISH brand and eager to produce groundbreaking work that resonates with consumers and changes the face of our industry. 

 

Primary job duties and responsibilities fall into the following categories: 

  • Lead a diverse team of designers, developers, production artists, copywriters, producers and motion graphic designers.
  • Develop, produce and execute advertising materials across all aspects of the DISH business.
  • Liaise with a diverse client base across Acquisition, Retention, Marketing, Product, Commercial, Corporate Events, Human Resources and more.
  • Navigate a complex corporate landscape while remaining passionate about your creative vision, balancing what’s best for the agency and the business.
  • Collaborate influentially with external agency partners and creative teams to develop the most effective, consistent overall brand communication.
  •  Recruit, mentor and retain creative talent.
