Job Summary Responsible for selling facilities management services -- custodial, plant operations and maintenance as well as grounds management services to higher education market segments in a defined geographic territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Sell profitable new business : * Territory development and management working in coordination with VP of Operations * Prospect research * Prospect qualification and confirmation * Prospect communication (via phone, mail, personal visits, social media etc.) * RFP development * Pricing development and value added sales strategies * Proposal development and delivery * Proposal and presentation * Administration to include, but not limited to, salesforce database development and maintenance, account prospect identification, territory planning, territory management, activity tracking * Client site surveys, proposal coordination, pricing, cross-selling * Trade show and industry conference attendance Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Conceptual sales experience a plus * High energy, self-starter, comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with normal activities * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong written and oral communication skills * Overnight travel as needed to fulfill job requirements and sales goals * Proficient with social media, MS Office Suite, Excel Benefits Outstanding compensation package to include generous base salary with uncapped commission plan, 401k with company match, excellent health and ancillary benefits package.
