About this job
$50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Immediate opening for candidate with non-profit, grant management experience!

OK, you’re a potential candidate if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting principles, office and personnel management
- Knowledge of nonprofit funds accounting, including grant budgeting, funds requests, etc.
- Current QuickBooks skills - QB Pro – Nonprofit Edition experience preferred
- HR / personnel management experience, including payroll
- Strong computer skills, including proven MS Office Suite skills

- Strong bookkeeping / accounting skills
- Strong, professional communication skills – written and verbal (will be communicating with board members, committee members, etc.).
- Presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Those skills you learned in kindergarten – play well with others, be honest & trustworthy.
- A high level of initiative, with proven priority management – someone who owns the job and doesn’t wait on direction for the next step or task
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers grants to include budget preparation and narratives, fiscal reporting and record retention.
- Provides financial reporting and management in accordance with the fiscal policies of the agency.
- Maintains confidential personnel files and salary information.
- Manages administrative functions of the office and facility, to include inventory of equipment and furnishings, and ordering supplies.
