Key Bank Center is Western New York’s premier sports and entertainment facility.  Primarily known as the home of the National Hockey League’s Buffalo Sabres, Key Bank Center also host the National Lacrosse League’s Buffalo Bandits, and the best concerts, ice shows, family and sporting events, entertaining audiences of all ages.  The facility holds approximately 18,500 seats.  Sportservice at the Key Bank Center is the premier foodservice provider.  The projected revenue is $18 million.

As the Assistant Catering  Manager you will contribute to the growth and profitability of the business with management oversight on the operation of the Lexus Club and all Catering functions.  A diverse opportunity awaits you as the Assistant Catering Manager.  You will be responsible for booking and staffing all catering functions, meet with clients and communicate staffing assignments to associates.  Train and develop staff along with performing all opening and closing procedures.
