Staffmark Drivers has several opportunities for Class A harbor drivers to start immediately out of Carson, CA. Come join one of the largest local drayage ocean freight companies in the Nation.
Position Pays Hourly: $20.00 w/ Overtime
Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision/life, 401k, Holiday pay, tenure bonus, driver referral bonus program, and more
Shift: Monday - Thursday (with the ability to work Saturdays when needed).
Start Times: Between 4:00pm to 5:00pm Nights
Job Description:
* Drivers must have a minimum of 2 years or more with Class A license
* Valid TWIC card
* Valid CDLA
* Operating tractor-trailer combination with current modern day cab trucks 20' - 53'
* Pulling containers out of the Long Beach/ Los Angeles ports & deliver back to the yard or to local customers
* Conduct pre and post trip inspections in accordance to DOT regulations
* Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner, while adhering to all safety regulations
* Good communication skills are required both written and verbal

* Valid Class A license

* Driver may not exceed any combination of 3 moving violations or preventable accidents on their MVR in the past 36 months.
* NO DUI'S, reckless driving or serious
violations within the past 5 years
* Must be able to provide current DMV Printout H-6 (10 year), issued within the past 30 days
