Sr. Program Manager

Job Description: The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating new and/or changing customer programs within the Seat Trim Cover realm. This person's duties will also include developing program planning documents like timelines, budgets, price/cost reconciliations, and specifications checklists. This role will interact with customer engineering and sales teams as well as internal engineering, sales, tooling and launch teams. Work Environment: The company has manufacturing facilities and design centers in North America, China, Thailand, Australia, and India. Their vision is to be a leading global provider of quality and tailored solutions for the transportation industries - seats for luxury electric vehicles in California.

They have the goal to be a competitive seating manufacturer stateside. Right now, their current customers are Tesla, GM, Ford, and Feraday Automotive. They have plans to capture business within FCA in 2017 and further support their current customers. Approximately a $600 million dollar company.

The Program Manager will sit out of the Metro Detroit facility which was just built in January of 2016. Right now they have 75 total employees within the facility; 25 being technical skillsets. There is no manufacturing done out of Michigan (minor prototype builds being done) - this is the Research and Development center to help support the CA manufacturing plant.

The PM will work primarily Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some weekends may be required. Approximately 40-45 hours per week.

The current Design team consists of one Foam Designer expert and 3 General Designers - this individual is needed to be the Catiav5 "expert" to help the others. Qualifications: Must Haves:
-3 plus years experience in a Program Manager role
-Seat Trim Cover Cut & Sew Experience

Preferred:
-Degree
-Tesla Experience
