Job Description

Prep Station : Responsible for the preparation of food and products such as: lettuce, carrots & cabbage mixture, fruit cups, assembly of all salads, lemonade, chicken for salads, and all other products that require advance preparation.

Dishes: Responsible for keeping our dish station clean and productive by washing dishes during down times and ensuring that we go into meal times without a stack of dirty dishes.

Utilities: Responsible for assisting in breaks for Team Members, ensuring a clean storefront, taking out garbage, retrieving needed items and products from dry storage, coolers or freezers.

Kitchen Cleanliness: Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness in the kitchen.

Buns: Responsible for toasting and buttering buns as needed by the kitchen line. This is an occasional role, mainly as back up.

This role is scheduled for 6-8 hour shifts at a time to prepare for our lunch and dinner rushes. It is very important to be efficient and fast as you are juggling a list of tasks to accomplish in a short amount of time.
