About this job

Growing global tech company with Pittsburgh location which handles payment processing for merchants and financial institutions has a temp to hire opportunity, 25-30 hours per week, to handle inside sales/telemarketing activity, and administrative tasks for the Pittsburgh location. Primary responsibility will be making outbound sales calls, and assist in preparing correspondence/reports, screen calls, maintain calendars, set up meetings and itineraries, and provide support to team members. As the first point of contact to our business clients, you will also assist in answering questions, including business inquiries and product offerings/services. This position will be 65% telemarketing/inside sales, and 35% of the day will be providing administrative/clerical support.

Requirements

Proficient MS Office skills, with advanced Excel spreadsheet experience. Must have telemarketing/clerical support experience, with the ability to work with highly confidential and secure information. Good organizational, and communication skills are necessary.
