Lamination Operators - 2nd Shift, $11/hr - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a Medical Equipment Manufacturer in Fishers, IN, has asked us to help them find lamination operators for evaluation hire assignments. Our associates will help laminate foam mattresses and components. Duties will include but are not limited to

• Gluing foam mattresses and components according to specs
• Pulling the appropriate foam for the mattresses being laminated
• Inspecting work to ensure proper assembly, gluing and bonding
• Maintaining a fast work pace
• Daily maintenance of the gluing equipment
• Working on teams
• Assisting with training for new employees

• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to catch on quickly and work with minimal supervision
• Prior experience working at a quick pace
• Good attention to detail.       
• Ability to use a ruler / tape measure
