We are looking for a technical innovator to join our DevOps team who will be responsible for supporting, and maintaining production systems including release management, automation, system maintenance & configuration, production monitoring, and source code management/build systems utilizing agile methodologies. This candidate will help automate and streamline our operations and processes while working closely with Technical Delivery Managers and Leads.Primary Responsibilities:

Support and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations
Drive, design, implement, and maintain deployment automation from code check - in to production
Support development activities in all applications in our Continuous Integration Platform
Collaborate with development, QA, release engineering, operations, support, and network teams to maintain high - quality deployment artifacts as it moves through the deployment pipeline
Support the maintenance all operational activities related to DevOps systems
Proactively seek opportunities to implement improvements in the development process and deployment pipeline
Identify opportunities to deliver self service capability for the most common infrastructure and application management tasks
Provide deep and detailed levels of monitoring across all levels of the application
Capacity Planning - Help ensure that applications and infrastructure meet current and future performance needs
Lead the Performance Engineering activities for our key Microsoft stack application platform
Responsible for preparing test strategy, planning for performance testing, and performing test execution based on the plan. Responsibilities also include reporting test results and working closely with developers for in-depth analysis to find and rectify the root cause of any performance issues
Acts as a performance consultant to the technology team
Educate teams on performance testing processes, methodology, performance and scalability, and the science of testing.  Train, mentor, and lead teammates
Develop robust test scripts that accurately reflect expected user load
Execute planned performance, stress, and load testing on our applications

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of progressive experience as a software engineer delivering enterprise class software products and services using object oriented analysis, design, and programming techniques
3+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in C#, .NET and MVC framework
3+ years SQL Server database development or operational experience
Demonstrated experience with build tools, CI / CD, DevOps ((e.g., Jenkins, XLRelease, XLDeploy, TFS)
Comprehensive understanding of network and server architecture, distributed systems, web infrastructure and protocols
Experience building scalable, high performing, and robust applications
Expertise in administering applications servers, web servers (IIS)
Experience with source control systems (Git, TFS, etc.)
Highly motivated, curious, and eager to continually learn new technologies and innovate the use of existing ones
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment / methodology
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with healthcare applications - specifically in Revenue Cycle and / or Claims processing.
Experience with Dynatrace (or similar) application performance diagnostics profiling, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis
Hands - on experience implementing applications in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS
Experience with provisioning and configuration management solutions such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or similar technologies
Hands on experience with scripting languages (Powershell, Ruby, etc.)
