Primary Responsibilities:


Manage an elite team of Reporting Analysts/Developers

Develop and improve quantitative data analytics and set performance targets

Interpret and analyze data from various sources and recommend best approaches

Lead complex projects to provide updates and to draw results and conclusions

Provide to and Support our Business partners and their need for data and data analysis

Responsible for contractual metric and operational reporting of Encounter data for all C&S Markets as well as overseeing and managing specific projects on a large and small scale

Provide support to Regulatory Financial Reporting team for reconciliation

Manage a team of 4 direct reports providing support to Encounter Team and their initiatives
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree

3+ years of experience in health care informatics and performing analysis on health data metrics

5+ years of experience leading and supporting cross-functional team as well as leading others in high-demand situations

Experience in directing report development, statistical analysis, auditing and driving automation

Minimum familiarity with using SQL on an Oracle platform 

Minimum of an advanced level of proficiency working with MS Office Products including Excel advanced formulas usage, pivot tables, macros, lists, statistical functions, etc.

Minimum familiarity with UNIX, ETL builds and general database design
Preferred Qualifications:


Master’s Degree

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

Ability to handle challenges, with proven history of success and increased productivity

Well-developed skills in prioritizing, organization, decision making, time management and verbal/writing communication skills
