About this job
Handling high volume of inbound calls - with summer being the more busy season.
The incoming calls are in regards to creating estimates and quotes to best fit client needs, counsel the client on purchases, as well as, help with the order, reservations, and entire process. Assist the customers on the quotes and cost of how much the expenses will be. Ensure they are very well taken care of in a highly professional manner in a fast pace environment.
Training: 6-8 weeks. Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm.
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm.
