Property Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

• Manage all operations of the community
• Supervise, train and motivate staff
• Prioritize, assign and monitor daily activities, service requests, and make-ready priorities, and renovation/construction projects.
• Create an atmosphere of cooperation, enthusiasm, service urgency, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and professionalism among staff members
• Supervise maintenance service request and personnel
• Achieve budget goals regarding occupancy, expenses, and net operating income.
• Ensure all invoices are processed and/or posted on a routine basis per company standards.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with a property of 350+ units

• 2-5 years direct Property Management experience required.
• Supervisory experience
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong written/oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of eviction law and Fair Housing mandates.
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel AMSI preferred
